Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key team member, you will be responsible for merchandise stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers during their shopping experience.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and maintain a clean store environment.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in store inventory counts and monitoring inventory accuracy.
• Operate cash register efficiently and accurately, adhering to cash policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
