Job Description

We are currently looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, and customers receive excellent service during their shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with their purchases and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store by stocking shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
  • Operate cash registers efficiently and handle transactions accurately.

Requirements

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
  • Ability to provide courteous customer service and work well in a team environment.
  • Experience in retail is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow procedures and comply with company policies.
