Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment. Collaborating with the ALDI team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing the overall shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills, maintaining high standards of performance.
- Handle customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Provide personalized assistance to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Participate in inventory management and cashier responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Ability to perform physical tasks like stocking shelves and lifting up to 45 pounds.
- Excellent communication skills and a high level of customer service.
- Detail-oriented with the capacity to work independently and in a team setting.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
- A combination of education and relevant experience is considered.
