We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. Collaborating with the ALDI team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing the overall shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills, maintaining high standards of performance.
  • Handle customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
  • Provide personalized assistance to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
  • Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
  • Participate in inventory management and cashier responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks like stocking shelves and lifting up to 45 pounds.
  • Excellent communication skills and a high level of customer service.
  • Detail-oriented with the capacity to work independently and in a team setting.

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
  • A combination of education and relevant experience is considered.
