Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Execute daily tasks following ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize shelves and displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service, assist shoppers, and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Report product feedback, manage inventory accuracy, and follow cash handling policies.
• Adhere to company policies, maintain document security, and perform inventory checks.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work autonomously or in a team environment.
• Demonstrate organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
• Compliance with state and local regulations for alcohol sales, if applicable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous retail experience is advantageous.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Capability to interpret company policies, follow guidelines, and handle various tasks efficiently.
