We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a valued member of our store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our customers. Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
  • Perform cashier duties, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support fellow team members.
  • Communicate effectively with store management and provide feedback on products and inventory.
  • Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
  • Follow company policies and procedures for overall store operations.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
  • Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and perform general cleaning tasks.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience desirable.
