Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a vital part of the store operation, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service, stocking merchandise, and ensuring the store is well-maintained.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
  • Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous service
  • Efficiently operate a cash register and equipment
  • Perform general cleaning duties and adhere to company policies
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Prior work experience in retail preferred
