We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers through exceptional service and maintaining a well-organized and stocked store environment.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and provide courteous service.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store by stocking shelves and displays.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Conduct inventory counts and report any discrepancies.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold security and confidentiality standards.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to handle physical demands such as stocking and lifting up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
