Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. Your main responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to ensure an exceptional customer experience. As part of the Aldi team, you will collaborate with your colleagues and deliver outstanding customer service.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on products and issues.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to operate cash register and other equipment efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
