Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is well-organized, assisting customers, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and ensure neatness in the store.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
  • Adhere to company cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Experience operating a cash register efficiently and accurately.
  • Capable of safely operating store equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
