We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a vital part in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers by maintaining a well-stocked and organized store while delivering top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays efficiently and neatly.
  • Process customer purchases and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store.
  • Assist in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and ability to multitask.
