Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively with team members, you will contribute to enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their store visits
  • Communicate effectively with team members and report feedback to management
  • Participate in inventory management activities and uphold cash handling policies
  • Adhere to company procedures and ensure data security and confidentiality
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Proficiency in cash register operation and equipment handling
  • Ability to follow guidelines, communicate clearly, and work independently or as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous retail experience is a plus
