Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.50 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
- Assist customers with shopping, cashiering, and cleaning tasks
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
- Provide feedback on products and assist with store inventory
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Prior retail experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to operate equipment and follow company policies
- High school diploma or equivalent
