Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for enhancing the shopping experience for our customers through exceptional service and efficient stocking and merchandising.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a clean store environment.
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and report any issues to store management.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
