Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, stocking products, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Your contributions will directly impact the overall customer shopping experience and the success of our store.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide excellent customer service
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays accurately
  • Collaborate with team members and store management
  • Participate in inventory management and cash handling
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to operate a cash register efficiently
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Retail experience is a plus
