Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store by stocking shelves and merchandise displays.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and assist in store inventory counts.
  • Operate a cash register efficiently and follow company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
