Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, products are stocked, and customers receive exceptional service. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for cashiering, merchandise stocking, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

  • Execute daily tasks following ALDI's Mindsets and Competencies
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and arrange merchandise displays
  • Provide top-notch customer service and aid customers during their shopping experience
  • Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management
  • Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational matters to management
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
  • Follow cash handling policies to prevent losses
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and maintain document security and confidentiality
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
  • Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
  • Capable of meeting cleaning standards and following company policies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior retail experience is a plus
