Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store maintains a welcoming environment for our customers while managing stock and delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness in the store, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visit to the store.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and contribute feedback on products and store operations.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various store equipment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience desirable.
