Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate professionalism and adhere to ALDI's guidelines.
  • Process customer transactions, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate with store management.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy and follow cash policies.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to meet state requirements for alcohol sales.
