Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of the store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases, maintain clean store premises, and ensure shelves are well-stocked.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their store visit.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and report any issues to management.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
- Comply with company policies and contribute to a secure and confidential work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years
- Demonstrated ability to offer courteous customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
- Proficiency in operating equipment and maintaining store cleanliness.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred with retail experience.
