Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of the store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, maintain clean store premises, and ensure shelves are well-stocked.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their store visit.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and report any issues to management.
  • Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
  • Comply with company policies and contribute to a secure and confidential work environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years
  • Demonstrated ability to offer courteous customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
  • Proficiency in operating equipment and maintaining store cleanliness.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred with retail experience.
