Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate M.A.P. as outlined for the role.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and assist customers.
  • Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management.
  • Take store inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.

Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Operate cash register and store equipment efficiently.
  • Interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior work experience in a retail environment desirable.
