Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a key member, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store is well-organized, stocked, and offers exceptional customer service. This full-time position offers a competitive starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly stock shelves.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support team communication.
• Report product issues, monitor inventory, and follow cash policies.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure store security.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Effective customer service skills and cash register operation.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Prior retail work experience or relevant background.
• Knowledge and skills equivalent to a combination of education and experience.
