Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

• Stocking merchandise, organizing displays, and maintaining a clean store environment.
• Providing friendly and efficient customer service, assisting shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborating with team members, communicating effectively, and reporting to management.
• Following company policies and procedures, handling cash transactions, and monitoring inventory.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Ability to operate a cash register, handle equipment, and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
