Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's core values and competencies in daily tasks.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays with precision.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
  • Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash handling procedures and company policies while maintaining security and confidentiality.
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Proficiency in customer service and operating a cash register.
  • Ability to use equipment like hand jacks, floor scrubbers, and balers.
  • Capable of meeting physical demands, including lifting and stocking items.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
