Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for cashiering, stocking, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
  • Adhere to company policies, maintain inventory accuracy, and follow cash handling procedures.
  • Perform general cleaning duties and uphold store standards.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Capability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
