Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the Aldi team. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
  • Stock shelves neatly and assist customers with their shopping needs.
  • Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management.
  • Adhere to company policies and ensure accurate inventory monitoring.
  • Operate cash register efficiently and maintain equipment.
  • Perform general cleaning duties to company standards.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
