Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital member of our store, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring products are stocked and displayed neatly. This position offers a Full-Time schedule with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ACTs Competencies, and Professional Skills.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Follow cash handling policies to minimize losses.
  • Adhere to company policies while maintaining document security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Capable of understanding and applying company policies.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
