Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. By providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the Aldi team, you will enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly
• Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Follow cash policies and procedures to minimize losses

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Operate a cash register efficiently
• Safely operate equipment such as electric/manual hand jack and floor scrubber
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
