Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and stock shelves neatly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and adhere to cash policies.
  • Perform general cleaning duties and operate equipment efficiently and safely.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer service duties.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
