Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, merchandise is stocked, and customers receive exceptional service. This is a full-time position, with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Conduct store inventory counts and monitor accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and equipment
• General cleaning duties and adherence to company policies
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
