Job Description

We are hiring a Customer Service and Stock Specialist at Aldi to join our team. This full-time role involves merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, collaborate with team members, and contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays.
  • Assist customers and communicate effectively with the team.
  • Provide feedback on products and inventory management.
  • Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.

Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Proficient in customer service and cash register operation.
  • Ability to operate store equipment and follow company policies.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • High School Diploma preferred with retail experience.
