Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a crucial member of the store, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional service, merchandising, and stocking duties.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and assist customers
  • Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management
  • Adhere to cash policies, inventory accuracy, and company procedures
  • Perform physical tasks such as lifting, stocking, and general cleaning

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to operate equipment and follow company policies
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior retail experience is a plus
