Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and service-oriented Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products while maintaining a clean store environment.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating with team members.
• Operate cash registers, handle sales transactions, and uphold store security measures.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including inventory management and product feedback.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience in a retail environment and operating equipment preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior retail work experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and relevant experience.
