Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. This position offers a starting wage of $17.50 per hour for a Full-Time role with 32-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions, maintain cleanliness, and organize displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and support a seamless shopping experience.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in cash register operations and equipment handling.
• Capable of physical tasks like stocking shelves and lifting up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
