Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a key part in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Your main focus will be on providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
  • Assist customers with their shopping experience.
  • Provide feedback on products and inventory.
  • Participate in store inventory counts.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Able to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
