Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position involves merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) as outlined for the role.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Inventory monitoring, cash handling, and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
  • Proficient in cash register operations and equipment handling.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
