Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position involves merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) as outlined for the role.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Inventory monitoring, cash handling, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
- Proficient in cash register operations and equipment handling.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
