Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the dynamic team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. You will collaborate with the ALDI team, demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.), and contribute to inventory management and customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Requirements

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Efficient operation of cash registers and store equipment.
  • Experience in retail environments is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
