Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a clean and organized store, and assisting with stocking and merchandising products.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their store visit.
  • Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and keep the store tidy and presentable.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Follow company procedures for cash handling, inventory management, and store cleanliness.
  • Contribute to inventory counts and report any issues or discrepancies.
  • Adhere to company policies and security measures to ensure a safe work environment.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Proficient in providing courteous customer service.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Capable of working both independently and in a team setting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
