Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a store associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service and maintaining the store's appearance.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
  • Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
  • Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately
  • Perform general cleaning duties to company standards
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
