Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the ALDI team to ensure an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
  • Capable of performing physical tasks such as stocking shelves and lifting items up to 45 pounds.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Prior work experience in retail is preferred.
