Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional customer shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers in their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on products and store issues.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate cash register efficiently and accurately.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is beneficial.
