We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the store is well-organized and that customers receive exceptional service. From stocking shelves to cashiering, your contribution will be vital to creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise and maintain product displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Operate cash registers and follow cash handling procedures accurately.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operational knowledge of cash registers and store equipment.
• Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• High attention to detail, organization skills, and ability to multitask.
