Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, operating the cash register, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Responsibilities

  • Enhance the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with the store management team.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure the security and confidentiality of information.
  • Operate equipment safely and efficiently, including cash registers and store maintenance tools.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Prior work experience in a retail environment is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
