Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital member of our store, you will be responsible for merchandising and stocking products, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
  • Participate in store inventory tasks and adhere to cash handling procedures

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
  • Operate a cash register efficiently and handle store equipment
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • High school diploma preferred
  • Prior retail experience is a plus
