Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service, merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. This is a full-time position requiring an average of 32-40 hours per week, with a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating with team members.
• Offer feedback to management on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring document security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma preferred, with prior retail experience a plus.
