Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service, merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and provide superior customer service.
  • Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail work experience is a plus.
