Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of our store to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and arrange merchandise displays.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Assist in inventory management and cash handling.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Proficiency in using a cash register and related equipment.
  • Experience in a retail environment preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
