Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store staff, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the store is well-organized and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays efficiently.
• Collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively with management.
• Conduct inventory counts and provide feedback on products and procedures.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and operate a cash register accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
