Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks such as cashiering, stocking shelves, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional service.
• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays neatly.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a secure and confidential environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Work well independently and in a team environment.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
