Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers by providing exceptional service and maintaining the store's appearance.
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases, restock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, assisting shoppers during their visit.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in stock-taking activities.
- Follow cash handling procedures and uphold company policies.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older to work at Aldi.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment efficiently.
- Experience in retail is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
