Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers by providing exceptional service and maintaining the store's appearance.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, restock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, assisting shoppers during their visit.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in stock-taking activities.
  • Follow cash handling procedures and uphold company policies.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older to work at Aldi.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment efficiently.
  • Experience in retail is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
