Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. As a critical member of the store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, operating the cash register, and ensuring a clean and welcoming shopping environment for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain clean store displays.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
  • Adhere to cash policies and company procedures to uphold security and confidentiality.
  • Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
